Travis Scott to perform his new single “4×4.” We finally got to see his true raging nature after the completion of the first half came to a close when the Ohio State Buckeyes were beating the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 21-7.
The performance begins pitch black with the sounds of helicopters whirling around, as Scott is revealed to be performing atop Mercedes-Benz Stadium. His bouncing around the makeshift stage with smoke at his feet, performing “4×4,” marks the first music he’s released since his No. 1 album
Utopia back in 2023.

At the time of the performance, Scott’s site also released two new pieces of merch dedicated to the wildfires currently burning through
California. One is a $144 brown hoodie that reads LAFD on the front with an eagle on the back, while the other is a white tee that also reads LAFD with an eagle on the front, with the back reading the names of all the fire departments risking their lives to fight the fires.
“100% of the net proceeds will go to the California wildfire reserve fund,” reads the site.
Before the game, he spoke to ESPN’s Jessica Sims about his love for college football and what makes it so special.
“Energy, I think, of the college fans,” he said. “They’re bringing the energy like none other. When you go into the stadium, it’s just like the energy is at an all-time high.”
Scott ultimately favored the Irish to win because the Buckeyes beat his hometown Texas Longhorns, but as we now know, the Buckeyes held onto a lead and won 34-23.
