The life, so far, of one extraordinary young man—Leon Outlaw Jr. has pretty much read just like the lives of Michael, Stevie and Usher.
Leon is without a doubt, on his way to equalized stardom playing the role of some of his musical heroes—young Michael Jackson/young Berry Gordy/young Stevie Wonder in the national tour of the Smash Hit Broadway Musical—Motown The Musical. Leon has been mesmerizing audiences week after week and been receiving rave reviews night after night for his performances as the iconic musical entertainers since the National Tour kicked off in April of 2014.
At a very young age, New York native Leon Outlaw, Jr. began to sing and dance to the amazement of his parents. Inspired by Michael Jackson and James Brown, Leon made his stage debut at age nine and he hasn’t missed a beat since.

ELIJAH AHMAD LEWIS
He is considered to be a singer, actor, dancer, songwriter/arranger, model, and much more! He is ELIJAH AHMAD LEWIS. The New York Times has hailed him “The Human Pogo stick,” while the NY Daily News proclaims he is the “Tireless Choir Master.” No matter how you sum him up, he is, without a doubt—“INCREDIBLY TALENTED.” And he is allowing that talent to come alive from coast to coast as part of the cast of the Smash Hit Broadway Musical Motown the Musical. In Motown The Musical, Elijah brings one of the world’s legendary music icons to life—Stevie Wonder. He also plays lead singer Levi Stubbs of the legendary soul group—The Four Tops.
Elijah Ahmad Lewis has wanted to and loved to sing for as long as he has known. When people say you grew up in the church, Elijah is the embodiment of that. A consummate professional and virtuosic genius, he, for many years was one of the premiers youth artists in the city of Harlem and the state of New York. The World came to see his talent in a whole new light as of the critically acclaimed ensemble Vy Higginson’s Gospel For Teens group.
Elijah’s performance credits have included everything from Mama I Want To Sing where he played the Minister Of Music to Sing Harlem Sing and We Are. Some of his regional theatre credits have included Once On This Island, The Piano Lesson, A Lesson Before Dying, Guys and Dolls and Beauty and The Beast. He also graced the silver screen in the film version of Mama I Want To Sing with Ciara, Patti LaBelle and Lynn Whitfield and also the movie America which starred Rosie O’Donnell.
