By now you’ve heard about Kenya Moore’s pregnancy announcement which she made several days ago on the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion. However, a lot of folks caught the fact that the words “I’m pregnant” never really came from her mouth … only that she and her husband Marc Daly were expected to have a child some time next year.

Beyond that, it was easy to assume that because of Kenya’s age and her coy announcement that maybe the child would arrive via a surrogate.

There were also those who questioned the announcement altogether. So, in the days since the reunion aired, she’s offered a bit of clarification.

In an Instagram post – which for some reason has since been deleted – she said:

“My heart is full thank you to everyone for all your well-wishes,” she shared on Instagram. “I was not planning on speaking about my pregnancy this early as due to my age I’m high risk. Right now I want to focus on positivity and having a healthy baby. I do not have a surrogate but definitely would be open to it next time,” she wrote. “Please pray for us! God bless you!”

While there is no more evidence of the post, you can see Kenya’s response to a fan from the reunion.

LORD HELP THIS BABY!!!! With this CRAZY, LYING ASS, PROBLEM CAUSING WOMAN AS A MOTHER.

Kenya really doesn’t have a story line, that is why she married this guy to stay on the show!!!

    GOD HELP HIM TOO!!!!

  2. dumb daddy……you’re showing your ignorance once again. A surrogate is merely a carrier of the sperm and egg of the biological parents. And as far as color goes – it’s only for the money that a white woman would do it…….if any of it is true at all.

Multiple sources are reporting the surrogate story to be true, and that’s all good, but the real bombshell is that the surrogate is a white woman. What is our infatuation with light colored skin? Damm Peeps
