Looks like those eagle-eyed baby bump watchers were right. Singer Ciara announced today via Instagram that she and her new husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson are expecting their first child together. That boy or girl will join a family that already includes 2-year-old Future Zahir, Ciara’s son with ex-fiancee Future.

The R&B songstress and NFL star are expecting their first child together, Ciara confirmed on her birthday. The pregnant star wrote, “On this special birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family…and I’m excited to finally share one of the greatest gifts of all that god could give.”
Wilson’s Instagram featured the same picture with the caption “The Greatest Blessing Of All. Forever Grateful. #BabyWilsonOnThe Way.
Ciara and Russell’s forthcoming bundle of joy will be their second and first, respectively. The 30-year-old co-parents 2-year-old Future Zahir with ex, rapper Future.
The singer, who was recently named Revlon’s Global Brand Ambassador, stepped out to perform at a private event for the cosmetic organization in New York City on Tuesday evening. Ciara concealed her growing baby bump with an all-white, loose-fitting blazer and matching pants.
