The Cupid Shuffle has been an international hit for ten years and Cupid, the singer behind the hit song, has no plans on slowing down anytime soon. He talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about the continued success of the song, his new single Cornbread and Greens and why going on The Voice in 2012 might have been a big mistake.
“I just wanted people to hear me sing. 47 million people watched that episode. In hindsight I looked at it like I disrespected my blessing. God said I gave you a song that was going to take care of you for the rest of my your life, so…” he said.
