Known for his incredible roles in Django Unchained, Blood Diamond and Hitch, Ato Essandoh stars in the blockbuster smash hit Jason Bourne as CIA agent Craig Jeffers.
The former Chemical Engineer talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about his infamous role in Django, just how real the effects were in Bourne and what NBC show he’s joining the cast of.
How real were the special effects in Bourne?
“I got a little bit of action. It was hard though. When they’re rioting and I’m black? The scenes in Vegas, all of that was real. They shut down the Vegas strip and all the stunts that happened, that was all real. That was the first time they’ve ever shut down the strip for a movie,” Essandoh said.
