Queen Latifah lends her voice to the box-office franchise Ice Age: Collision Course alongside Ray Romano, Keke Palmer, Wanda Sykes and more. The story follows the journey of the animals in the Ice Age World who are desperately trying to save their world from ending.
She talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about her role in the animated film, being celebrated at VH1’s Hip Hop Honors and drops a few gems about #BlackLivesMatter.

“It’s a funny film. Of course the world is ending as in every Ice Age movie. It’s great for family and friends. Take your mind off what’s going on and escape to another planet,” Latifah said.
