Chef Marcus Samulesson, known most from the popular eateries, Red Rooster, Ginny’s Supper Club and Streetbird Rotisserie, is also the Co-Founder of Harlem EatUp! He talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about the weekend event that celebrates the spirit of the city and features some of Harlem’s famous foodies and pairs them with international chefs.
“It’s going to be fun. I can’t tell you how proud I am. It’s a three-day festival. It’s everything from a ticketed event and you can bring your whole family. There are cooking classes all on display. If you’re a food lover this is where you want to be,” Chef Marcus said.
