Good morning Michelle, first we will lift your father up in pray. With regards to strokes, there are things we can do to lessen our chances of suffering a stroke. We should avoid smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and monitor our blood pressure. With regards to depression I would recommend seeking professional help.
