Several things stood out from Monday’s Season 22 premiere of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Wanya Morris of Boys II Men has still got it. He may be carrying a few extra pounds, but his energetic performance and speedy footwork impressed the judges. Len used an “End of the Road” pun to say he’ll make it to the end of the season if he keeps up the good work. Carrie Ann said he’s a “twinkle-toe in the making.”

Kim Fields (formerly) of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” was also a crowd pleaser, starting off the two-hour live show with her cha cha cha. While Len said it wasn’t perfect, he called her moves “crisp and sharp.” Carrie Ann called her a firecracker.

I love it. I really like to see people who can not dance or less than dancer or less known as dancer on this show and to see them grow as a dancer. That is the fun to me. I remember when Michael Jackson was asked about show when he was alive and he said that would not be fair for him to be on it. LOL. I love to see these dancers get better.

I am in total agreement with you special. I normally dont watch these shows but Wanya could really move for a big fella. Kim was okay but not as dynamic.

I hadn’t realize DTWS has been on for 22 seasons now, WOW! But I watch from time to time when someone’s on I like. I think I will watch for a while this season, I like Wanya and the deaf guy from America’s NTM, he was amazing. He did better than people who could actually hear the music.

Wanya was doing the darn thang! Rooting for both Kim and Wanya, Kim was a little less exciting to watch, but good none the less.
