”Love & Hip Hop: NY” star Tahiry Jose is fighting back against the psycho she says brutally attacked her backstage at a 2014 NYC fashion show, which left her $31k in debt from medical bills.
She’s suing to recoup her funds, and legal docs obtained by TMZ, lists the injuries she sustained from Carlos Fiasco, the man who copped a plea deal and got off with no jail time. She’s also suing the fashion show and theater where the assault took place.
In the docs, the reality star/model says she was “suddenly and without cause and provocation verbally and physically, brutally and savagely attacked” by Carlos at the Angola International Fashion Show in Chelsea last September. She lists her injuries from the assault: cervical sprain, several disc injuries, wrist derangement, concussion and post-traumatic headaches. She says the pain got so bad she needed an epidural. Tahiry says she had to drop $8k just for a neurologist and $5.5k for rehab. She’s also suing for pain and suffering.
Jose’s lawyer, Samuel Davis, said Fiasco was working the door at the W. 26th Street event, and “was being extraordinarily nasty to two of Tahiry’s staff members. She confronted him about that, and he snapped,” Davis said. He began “beating her up, hurling obscenities at her, dragging her by her hair” and “continuously belittling and disrespecting,” the suit says.
Davis said it took “six or seven people” to pull Carlos off her – and he tried attacking her again inside the venue.
Daily News reports that Carlos (who is also known as Charles Suggs) later pleaded guilty to assault, and was sentenced to anger management. He also has to stay away from Jose for five years.
The reality star says she “still suffers great physical and mental pain” from the attack, and has lost time from work as result.
