Brittney Griner isn’t willing to pay a dime in child support for her estranged wife’s twin girls until DNA tests prove the babies were conceived at a fertility clinic and not by Glory Johnson’s ex-boyfriend.

TMZ reports that Griner admits she and Glory agreed to have a child with the help of a fertility clinic. Johnson claims Griner wanted to play the role of father to the children, but Brittney suspects the sperm came from Glory’s ex-BF, and if that’s the case she shouldn’t have to pay Johnson any support. Griner is hoping to solve the sperm mystery by examining Glory’s medical records.

Even though Griner has no biological relationship to the twins, Johnson filed a court petition last July seeking $20,000 a month in spousal support from Griner. A judge later declined the request.

Johnson announced her pregnancy just days before Brittney filed court docs seeking an annulment to their marriage of 28 days. The WNBA star’s baby girls, Ava Simone and Solei Diem, were born prematurely last October, but were originally due in February.

As previously reported, Brittney cited “fraudulent statements” made by Johnson as the reason for seeking an end to their marriage. She also confessed that she had doubts about tying the knot since the two had a domestic dispute just weeks prior to walking down the aisle, but she felt pressure to move forward and start a family. “I went along with it and I knew I shouldn’t have and it was a huge mistake,” Griner told ESPN.

The estranged couple can’t finalize the divorce until a paternity test settles the child support matter. Now, Johnson’s lawyers have to hand over her medical records from the fertility clinic to Griner’s legal team. Glory says the medical records will prove that Brittney approved her getting inseminated at the fertility clinic.
