Rev. Al Sharpton talks about the firing of Gary McCarthy, the Chicago Police Department superintendent, in light of the shooting death of Laquan McDonald.

“McCarthy is the beginning of where we need to go with this. There needs to be a federal investigation. Who covered up what?  Who knew what? Why would you authorize a $5 million claim when no one asked him for it? We must keep he pressure on and stay on it,” Sharpton said.
