Jacque Reid talks to Yashi Rice and Chrisdell Harris, two players of the Chicago Bliss, one of the teams introduced in the Legends Football League in 2004.

How did Yashi’s brother Superbowl champ Simeon Rice feel about her playing?

“Initially he was a little resistant, but once he came to the first game, he was like Yas this is you. He had no clue about the league. I didn’t know much about it either. I just knew I wanted to play football.”

The nature of the sexy uniforms:

“The uniform is just like anybody that runs track or plays volleyball. It’s sexy,” Harris said.

Both Rice, Harris and their teammates are also the stars of Pretty Strong, a docuseries that will chronicle their lives on and off the field.

Pretty Strong airs on Oxygen Tuesdays at 10p/9p CST.
