Wendy Williams wants to be more up close and personal than she already is on your TV screens every week. She’s hosting her first comedy tour Sit Down…Too Real to Stand Up a 13-city tour to interact even more closely with her fans. But is this a true comedy show? Apparently so, so don’t expect a rehash of the Wendy Williams’ show.
“What I talk about is what I would talk about if you came to my house and sat at the kitchen table. My language is salty. Although a lot of her show is made up of stories about her life, those two just didn’t appreciate it. But as J. Anthony Brown says, if you haven’t made anyone walk out the room, you’re not a real comedian. So welcome to the ranks, Wendy!
