One day after news broke that “Saved by the Bell” star Lark Voorhies secretly married her music engineer boyfriend, Jimmy Green, in a late April wedding near Las Vegas, reports surfaced that he’s a wanted man in Tuscon, Arizona.

TMZ reports that Green’s arrest warrant on charges of disorderly conduct and threatening to intimidate stems from a 2012 incident when he allegedly threatened to kill a store owner, shouting, “I’m going to break the store and kill (you).”

In an exclusive statement to E! News, Jimmy told the entertainment site, that “I’m not running from anyone. It was just a misdemeanor. They are blowing it out of proportion. Whatever happened, it is in my past. I am a changed man.”

Green insists he has been working with the police and courts to resolve his issues, and that he plans to visit Arizona to clear his name.

“I will go out. It is something I do have to clear,” he told E!. “It’s something I need to go to court and get thrown out. I’ve been rehabilitated.”

A rep for Voorhies said the actress was “obviously concerned about the allegations” and was looking into the matters. Her rep told Us Weekly, “Lark feels these allegations are not true and would like this cleared up as soon as possible.”

Meanwhile, Lark’s family and friends fear she is putting her life in danger every day she spends with her new husband, and they are urging her to call it quits the marriage.

While Jimmy claims his relationship with Voorhies is solid, several members of Lark’s inner circle tell TMZ they’re concerned she’s at risk. They’ve told her to seek an annulment but Lark’s not having it.

The sources say Lark claims Green told her all about his criminal past, and she believes he’s changed. She claims her hubby is working on being a better man, and she doesn’t intend to leave him.

“We are going to live life to the fullest and be happy every day,” Jimmy said.

Really! They Dated?
