Damon Dash no longer has to worry about taking care of his girls with Rachel Roy because he just lost custody of them.
Dame has just lost his legal tug-of-war with Roy. TMZ.com reports that she has just been granted sole custody of their daughters, 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah. He had also been seeking full custody of their children.
Both Roy and Dash accused each other of being terrible parents, but he didn’t even attend the hearing where the judge determined that Roywould be the custodial parent.
He’s said that she’s driven drunk with one of their daughters in the car and threatened with a knife. She’s said that he smokes pot around their kids. In the end, though, the judge sided with Roy.
Dash won’t be totally cut off from his girls since he has been granted supervised visitation. However, Roy will not be the one watching over their daddy-daughter time because she has gotten a three-year restraining order against Damon.
