Rev Al Sharpton talks about his time in Charleston, South Carolina in light of the shooting death of Walter Scott.
“Most of law enforcement were against Scott. I went in Sunday to preach to say that they did what we haven’t been able to do in other cases. You do not need a grand jury or an indictment to make an arrest,” Sharpton said.
