Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches are at it again!
They’re back in court, this time over a relocation dispute of where Funches can visit their sons Zaire and Zion, according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.
Wade has spent $10 million in legal fees since 2007 battling over custody of their sons, but he’s clearly not done yet fighting for the kids.
According to documents filed a Miami-Dade County Family Court, Funches wants a a temporary order of relocation to Georgia after being forced to leave their marital home in Chicago.
She wanted to move to Atlanta to be near and spend more time with their sons. But the documents said Wade wants her to stay in Illinois with Zaire and Zion during their spring break, which starts on March 20.
The document said Wade’s “unreasonable demand” on Funches is “simply another attempt to alienate the children and deny the Mother her timesharing.”
