Phaedra Parks Scores $27,000 Profit Over Selling Home

Phaedra Parks may not be too stressed over her husband Apollo Nida serving time in prison, considering that she scored a healthy amount of money from selling her home.

According to TMZ, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star got more than $27K in profit when she sold the 9,148 square-foot residence last fall. In 2001, Parks originally bought the five-bedroom/five bath home for $322,000. Fast forward to last October and the reality TV star gets rid of the abode for $349,000.

The new money in Parks’ wallet comes as Nida begins serving eight years in prison for money laundering and check fraud.
