Apparently, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and almost-former husband of RHOA star Phaedra Parks has too much time on his hands. Well, Apollo Nida is in jail, of course. Nida has just given another interview, this time to tabloid In Touch, and he’s saying that he’s not planning to be divorced without a fight.
In an interview this week, he told In Touch that he plans to get his fair share in the divorce settlement.
“I will not walk away empty-handed, considering all I’ve put into the marriage over the five years,” Nida says. “That is completely fair, I think. It wouldn’t be right for her to just take everything and leave me with nothing to come home to.”
Nida is also upset that Parks is now allowing him to see his sons, Ayden, 4 and Dylan 19 months. “I can’t see why she would continue to hurt me by not allowing me to see my boys. Nida’s current residence, for the next eight years, is the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Despite his incarceration, Nida believes it is his right to see his children.
This isn’t right. If I don’t see my children for eight years, that would be some bulls—, and I would fight for that right! Who in their right mind would allow children to be away from their father for eight years, regardless of where the father is at in the world?”
So far, Phaedra has yet to respond.
