Don Lemon reports live from Ferguson in light of the grand jury’s announcement in the case of Michael Brown.
On why the announcement came at night:
“If they had done in the light of day I can’t say that it would be different but it wouldn’t have given people the time to assemble. The wait helped fuel the anticipation.”
On what the protesters were saying on the grounds:
“Most of it was pretty vile things they were saying toward the police and the system and the media. Everyone took their aggression out on the media as if we had anything to do with what the prosecution decided.”
