Now single and ready to mingle, Jason Derulo has purchased a bachelor pad in LA’s San Fernando Valley for $3 million.
The singer is getting ready to move into his 3,600 sq ft mansion in Tarzana following his split from his long-term girlfriend Jordin Sparks in September.
The 25-year-old star now owns the Tudor-inspired four bedroom home which features stained glass windows, turrets, a gym, tanning room, sauna and a fancy billiards room with a large gold chandelier.
The castle-like property also boasts a large back garden complete with a 75 ft swimming pool, built-in bar, spa, entertaining area and basketball court.
Derulo will have to wait a few weeks before he can move in because the interior decorator is still adding finishing touches to the furniture.
