Pharrell Williams is used to being a winner, whether it’s No. 1 singles, summer anthems, chart topping studio albums, movie soundtracks or big Grammy categories.

The fact that The Voice is the number one-rated show of its genre is impressive, but not important to the Virginia-born producer who was added as a mentor this season.

“Yes it’s the number one show of its type, but bigger than that it offers the ability for us to help and mentor these people,” he tells EURweb. “There’s no better way to give.”

An uncomfortable part of the experience for judges turned out to be among the most rewarding for Pharrell personally.
