Brooklyn Sudano and Stephen Bishop have been cast in Lifetime’s original movie With This Ring, due to premiere later this year reports Deadline Hollywood.
Sudano, whose parents are Donna Summer and her husband musician Bruce Sudano, is playing the bride who gets cold feet. Bishop will portray Dr. Sean Braswell, a plastic surgeon who’s the father of Jill Scott’s character’s son.
Written and directed by Nzingha Stewart The Game, the romantic comedy revolves around three single best friends, who after attending the lavish wedding of their best friend on New Year’s Eve, make the vow to be married within the year.
Sudano most recently starred in the ABC pilot, Westside. But most people know her as Vanessa on ABC’s My Wife And Kids, Her film work includes Rain and Sinners And Saints. Bishop stars on the hit BET show Being Mary Jane and was also in the film Moneyball.
