After nearly six years of marriage, Malaysia Pargo is ending her troubled relationship with Charlotte Hornets player Jannero Pargo. According to reports, the “Basketball Wives LA” star, whose real name is Laquisha Pargo, filed divorce papers in a L.A. County County Superior Court this week, citing irreconcilable differences.
She’s asking for sole legal and physical custody of their three children, a 7-year-old and 3-year-old twins. She’s allowing Jannero visitation but is requesting he pay spousal support and her lawyer fees.
According to legal documents, Malaysia and Jannero tied the knot in 2006, but have been separated since December 2012. In January, the baller dropped clues about their rocky marriage on Twitter. “S*** i got 2 liv wit the fact i did u wrong 4ever,” he wrote, quoting a Jay Z lyric. “Once a good girl has gone bad, she’s gone forever.”
“Don’t worry, I’m not f*** up about it. At All,” Malaysia responded. “Carry on. God bless.”
