Frankie Lons, mother of singer Keyshia Cole, was recently involved in accident at an L.A. hotel and has filed a lawsuit.

The “Celebrity Rehab” grad says she was hit with a falling sign while staying at Le Parc Suite Hotel back in April, according to TMZ.

According to the lawsuit, Frankie was exiting the hotel and as she opened the lobby door to leave, “a heavy ‘EXIT’ sign that was hanging loosely” fell and landed on her head.

Lons claims she suffered severe and permanent injuries, though the lawsuit doesn’t detail specific injuries.

Frankie and her attorney Michael Marzban are suing to collect damages for medical expenses, loss of earnings as well as pain and suffering.
