Beyonce and Jay-Z have reportedly given their staff $6.4 million in bonuses.

The pair reportedly has a full-time staff of 80 employees for the three homes they own, in addition to staff at Jay Z’s 40/40 clubs.

“He’s spreading the wealth around and everyone is blown away… Nobody got left out. A lot of them couldn’t believe it and phoned his personal assistant to check that there hadn’t been some mistake,” a source told the Daily Star about the 43-year-old entrepreneur.

The couple has been very giving lately, reportedly spending $10,000 on gifts for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s daughter North when she was born June 15. The items included personalized Christian Dior baby booties and a three-piece sterling silver Elsa Peretti Padova baby set with her name on it.

Beyonce and Jay-Z certainly can afford to spend so much on employees and friends. The 31-year-old is raking in millions from her “Mrs. Carter” show tour. The Daily Star reports that Beyonce is set to earn about $116 million from the world tour. She’s also making millions as the new face of H&M.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z has earned millions as co-owner of the 40/40 club, which has two locations in New York. The Grammy-winning hip-hop artist also recently sold his stake in the NBA Brooklyn Nets to avoid a potential conflict of interest and extend his Roc Nation Sports representation business into basketball, according to Yahoo Sports.

Probably wouldn’t have happened if not for Harry Belafonte giving them a figurative swift kick. Make no mistake it is absolutely self serving lol.

The company I work for is always telling us how well the company is doing and how they appreciate each one of their employees but when review time rolls around it’s here’s your 3% . It’s nice to see someone giving more than just lip service to their employees. That’s how you keep loyal employees. Even if it is kind of self serving on their (JZ and B) part.
