Actor Terrance Howard is probably best known for his piercing hazel eyes, his roles in classic movies like “Crash” and “Lackawanna Blues” and now most recently his legal issues.
The 43-year-old actor is possibly due back in court again and this time it’s over some overdue credit card bills.
According to TMZ, Howard owes American Express $33,474 and after months of non-payment the credit card company filed a lawsuit back in November to get their money.
American Express is suing Howard for his unpaid balance with interest, plus attorney fees citing that Howard has not made any attempts to pay off his immense debt with the company.
A representative for the actor has not commented on the report.
