N.Y. Teacher Claims A First Grader Beat Him Up

A bulky Queens, New York gym teacher is claiming that he was violently attacked by a six-year-old 1st-grader back in April.

John Webster told The New York Post that six-year-old Rodrigo Carpio “fractured his ankle, injured his knee and forced him to go to a shrink for stress.”

The kid was only 50 pounds at the time.
