The parents and uncle of a four-year-old Dallas boy were arrested after the boy was found with a bag of cocaine at school.

Joshua and Christy Ruiz, both 26, have been charged with child endangerment.

Police are accusing Joshua and the child’s uncle, Moses Ruiz, 21, with the distribution of a controlled substance.

School officials notified police after seeing the boy playing with the bag on Wednesday.

The bond for Christy and Moses Ruiz has been set at $100,000 each. The bond for Joshua is set at $600,000.

The boy and his five-year-old sibling have been placed in Child Protective Services.
