While Wendy Williams was in tears this week revealing that embattled crooner R. Kelly is actually illiterate, two survivors of his alleged sex cult were detailing their stories of abuse to NBC’s Megyn Kelly.

The R&B singer, accused of raping and assaulting several women and children, is unable to “read, write or do math,” a tearful Wendy revealed on her show. She refused to divulge any further details, saying she would take what else she knows about R. Kelly to her grave.

As previously reported, Lifetime is preparing two projects – a docuseries and a movie – that will deal with Kelly’s allegations and alleged sex cult.

Meanwhile, two of his alleged victims, Asante McGee and Kitti Jones, appeared on NBC’s “Megyn Kelly Today” this week to detail their allegations of sexual misconduct and physical abuse as well as Kelly’s need to control their every move. “You would have to send a text message to one of his runners, just asking if you could go to the restroom, and they would relay the information to him,” Jones said. “You weren’t free to walk throughout the house.”

“We were required to call him Daddy,“ McGee said. “You would address him as Daddy. If you didn’t, you would get in trouble. Or slapped.”

In a statement issued on May 4, R. Kelly’s management team continued to deny the allegations levied against him, saying the singer “has close friendships with a number of women who are strong, independent, happy, well cared for and free to come and go as they please.”
