2/28/17- Jacque Reid goes Inside Her Story with Vickie Williams-Tillman, the 56-year-old Baton Rouge woman who helped a police officer detain a suspect.
“I saw an officer and a suspect struggling on top of his vehicle. I pulled over and asked if he needed help and he said yes. I called 911. I parked my car and looked at the scene. I grabbed the suspect by his hand and pulled his arm back…a few minutes later we were all on the ground,” Williams-Tillman said.
