As a hairstylist of 40 yrs I’ve seen a lot of hair loss from different reasons. Some coulda, shoulda been prevented and some can’t be prevented, alopecia chemo medication male and female pattern baldness I now work for one of the well-known Hair Replacement companies and I tell you It restores people’s self-esteem people’s confidence everyday. Yes it’s very costly but it’s well worth it when it has the positive effect that it has on people

    • What about those who cannot afford hair replacement? Where is the compassion for those people? They are suffering more than any one.

  2. That is Utterly Rediculous to pay that for hair. Most of the women that’s spending that kind of money on hair cannot afford it. They financing it and neglecting the kids and priorities are not in order.

This woman lost her hair because of cancer and chemo. She’s not “trying to be cute.” She’s attempting to regain some “normalcy.” In large cities, such as Atlanta and New York, women spend more than that a month just to get their hair washed and wrapped if they go to the beauty salon every week, which a lot of women do. I understand because I am also a “victim” of the type of chemo that caused permanent damage to my hair.
