Jada Pinkett Smith is remembering the life of Afeni Shakur following her death late Monday at age 69.
Jada developed an extremely close friendship with Afeni’s late son Tupac during their teen years in Baltimore, and the actress recalls her fondest memories of his mother in a May 3 post on her Facebook page:
