After all the news that Prince was dealing with some kind of “medical emergency” in the last couple of days, the master musician decided to show the world that he’s on the mend.
He did it by coming out to a $10 dance party of sorts at his Minneapolis studio, Paisley Park. You can read about it here.
Prince’s private plane made an emergency landing early Friday after a concert in Atlanta and he was rushed to the hospital. Later reports say he was battling the flu.
Apparently from his point of view, it was important to let people know without a doubt that he’s still alive and kicking, hence his appearance around midnight at Paisley Park, near his home, where he also showed off his new guitar and piano.
He didn’t sing, but told the crowd:
“Wait a few days before you waste any prayers.”
