Inquiring minds would like to know if Chris Rock is dating actress Megalyn Echikunwoke.
The two were spotted getting cozy at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy bash last month, and PEOPLE notes that after his Oscar hosting duties on Sunday, Rock hit the town with Megalyn and his mom, Rosalie.
Chris and his special lady friend also attended the Global Citizen Festival together in New York City in September.
Heavy.com reports that a source told In Touch: “[Chris and Megalyn] were acting so in love — holding hands and looking into each other’s eyes [at the Grammys party]. They really turned it on once the photographers started snapping. It was almost like he was trying to show everyone that he’s moved on with this really beautiful woman.”
Megalyn is best known for her roles as Tara Price in “CSI: Miami” and Isabelle Tyler on “The 4400.” She also had a guest-starring role on “Arrow.” She, Rock and his mother posed for photographers before dropping by the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Beverly Hills on Sunday night, and while on the red carpet, the actress evaded questions about her personal life.
“I’m too busy for romance.” she told Hip Hollywood when she was asked about Rock, adding that she pays no mind to the speculating about their relationship. “I think it’s pretty funny that people don’t have anything else to do, but hey if you want to talk about me go right ahead, I’m pretty interesting I guess.”
For Valentine’s Day, Echikunwoke shared a picture of herself smiling in front of a bouquet of flowers and wearing the same pink dress she wore to the pre-Grammys party.
“My Valentine got me wasted on them goooood roses last night,” she captioned the selfie. “So hungover. Hope you had a happy V Day.”
She was previously romantically linked to “Almost Famous” actor Patrick Fugit in 2012, and Rock is still finalizing his divorce from wife Malaak Compton-Rock, who he split from in 2014.
