You can now add “Sportsperson of the Year” to Serena William‘s long list of accolades.

The dominating tennis star landed the huge honor and the cover of the sports mag after falling short of a Grand Slam (winning all four major titles in one year). Williams won the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon before losing at the U.S. Open.  The near sweep of the season’s major titles left Serena with 21 major singles titles, third most overall. Boom!

Williams took to Instagram to celebrate, writing:

This year was spectacular for me. For @SportsIllustrated to recognize my hard work, my dedication, and my sheer determination gives me hope to continue on and do better. As I always say, it takes a village it’s not just one person. This is not just an accomplishment for me, but for my whole team. I am beyond honored. I love you guys! 2016? #letsdoit

Congratulations Serena! Now that is #BlackGirlMagic!
