Horoscopes for the week of October 5th
No matter your religious creed or practice, if you are spiritually inclined, you can easily recognize and be moved by the divine in all things.
The fog in effect from last week’s Blood Moon has finally started to lift. I was left feeling raw after what had been shaken, purged, and released during the Lunar Eclipse. All I could do to ground some of that potent energy was to breathe deeply, as if my Soul depended on it. Along with deep breathing, I had to be mindful of self-talk, hold myself accountable for where I might have recently stumbled or failed, and allow a healing force to intervene. There was an immediate urge to address what had surfaced to consciousness, matched with a terrifying cry of “but what if?” Eventually, I had no choice but to let my faith be bigger than my fears.
The planet Mars is now moving through the sign of Virgo the Virgin, bringing an energetic shift to how we simplify our efforts toward a cherished dream, or change for the future. Where Mars in Leo gives us the courage to exert our energy, Mars in Virgo examines the intricate details for the sake of a thorough execution. However, as the red planet perfects a 180-degree angle to Neptune in Pisces this week, it is possible to become so bogged down in an unfolding process, that the overall goal will seem abstract. The energy of Neptune has an enchanting way of obscuring what is; in Pisces, a sign symbolized by two fish swimming in opposite directions, we may not know if we are coming or going in an important endeavor.
Mars oppose Neptune in the sky is a delicate dance of brute force paired with inner wisdom. Mars is action oriented while Neptune is spiritual – the phrase that comes to mind when these two planets tango is “Jesus take the wheel.” Whatever needs to be completed, resolved, or finalized will be. Trust will be required as well, along with the constancy of doing what we can for now. Any attempts to manipulate an outcome could go to extremes, increasing the chances of over reaching a target (Mars in Virgo), or losing sight of it all together (Neptune in Pisces). A happy medium to properly navigate this energy will be to put your faith in to action.
