Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson refuses to pay for his Florida mansion and now he’s been hit with a foreclosure lawsuit.
The Long Lake Ranches West Homeowners Association gave Johnson a lien on Feb. 23 in Broward County, Fla.
In the document, according to theJasmineBRAND.com, it said he failed to pay $3,503 from July 2014 to March 2015. What he owes is broken down by quarters — $1,133 for the first quarter and $1,237 for the second quarter.
This isn’t the first time he’s been given a lien. Last year, he owed $8,000 and paid it off. Now, the suit wants Johnson removed from his home and the property to be sold at a public auction.
