When the opportunity to chat with one of music’s most underrated artist came up, I immediately jumped at the chance to talk to eight time Grammy nominated artist Jazmine Sullivan, before her sold out concert at the House of Blues.
Like many of her fans I had some of the same questions that I just had to ask! Where the heck had she been for five years? Where did that infamous tweet come from in 2010? Was she depressed? Was the relationship with him that bad that she needed a five year break from music?
Not only did she dish on her hiatus from music, but we touched on the sound of love making (yeah, we went there), who’d she pick out of Whitney and Beyonce and what she spends the bulk of her money on. The Philadelphia native even paid homage to one of the most popular 90’s television shows by rapping the famous theme song!
