Christmas night at the bar ended in blood and handcuffs for “Saved By The Bell” star Dustin Diamond!
In the most tragic installment of “Where Are They Now?” for the cast, TMZ.com reports that Dustin was arrested for allegedly stabbing someone. The actor supposedly got very upset that someone was snapping pictures of him on Thursday night as he tossed back a few drinks with his girlfriend.
An argument started as soon as Dustin spotted the photographer, and things quickly got out of hand. The actor supposedly pulled out a switch blade and stabbed the victim as he exited the bar. Court documents state that the victim was bleeding heavily from a wound under his arm that he didn’t notice until moments after Dustin had made his retreat. Thankfully, the victim did not suffer serious injury and is recovering at home.
The actor didn’t get far, though, as officers found him and his girlfriend in a car with the knife just a few minutes later early Friday morning. She was booked for disorderly conduct while he’s claiming self-defense. Since stabbing someone isn’t the usual reaction to getting your picture taken, Dustin was arrested on charges of possession of a switch blade, carrying a concealed weapon and reckless endangerment.
