There just seems to be no peace with Whitney Houston’s family.

According to a source supposedly close to the family, former “X Factor” finalist Stacy Francis is allegedly joining the cast of TV One’s “R&B Divas: L.A.”

For those not in the know, Francis is the woman who allegedly got into an altercation with Houston at a pre-Grammy Awards party hours before her death in 2012. With that branded in their mind, the family is not happy at all with the former Ex-Girlfriend member making the jump on to the show.

“The Houston family learned of this from one of the singers on the show and they’re outraged!” the source told The Daily Mail. “They were already furious about this upcoming Lifetime movie and now, they feel adding Stacy Francis to this show launched about Whitney is just another slap in the face.”

The Houston family’s dislike of Francis was further fueled after the altercation as she voiced her version of what happened between her and Whitney, a move the family believed was her way of trying to capitalize off the situation.

“Stacy definitely was trying to use her story about Whitney to get famous, the family felt,” said the source.

News of the alleged casting of Francis comes as Lifetime gear up to premiere its highly-anticipation biopic on Whitney, which the Houston family is boycotting.

Needless to say, the family is hoping the boycott carries over in to “R&B Divas” if reports of Francis joining the cast are true.

“As far as Whitney’s family is concerned, R&B Divas doesn’t even exist to them anymore,” the source added. “They’re hoping die hard Whitney fans don’t tune in to watch it, the same way they hope they boycott the Lifetime biopic. They’re tired of people disrespecting the legacy of a woman who gave this industry her all.”

At this time, there is no confirmation from TV One regarding Stacy Francis and “R&B Divas: L.A.”
