NeNe Leakes made herself an enemy of the Detroit’s school system when she stiffed them out of $20,000 — making herself a hypocrite, according to TMZ.
She challenged Kenya Moore to donate 20K to a charity of her choice. And she did. She kept her word. Moore chose Detroit Public Schools Foundation.
Leakes said she would match Moore’s donation. But she never did. Leakes explained her excuse on Andy Cohen‘s show as to why she “couldn’t” donate money.
Leakes said the statute of limitations wouldn’t allow her to donate her money to the Detroit Public Schools Foundation. Mmm hmm….
The president of the organization said there is no statute of limitations, but they would more than happy to still take Leakes’ money.
