Talk about catch me if you can.
DMX is avoiding foreclosure, yet he’s not exactly hiding since he’s going on tour soon.
It’s unknown how, but the bank hasn’t been able to seal the deal on closing the foreclosure on DMX’s Arizona home.
The foreclosure is definitely active yet he’s still the owner.
The rapper owes $258,927 and hasn’t made a payment since 2008.
But that’s clearly not his biggest priority since he’s embarking an eight-city tour or maybe it is since he’ll be making money. Maybe even pay his mortgage? Huh? Well maybe…
But Texas fans can get excited and other fans can only hope he visits other states after this short tour.
“We are happy to announce that DMX is continuing to do what he does best… music,” said X’s publicist Domenick Nati in a press release via AllHipHop.com. “The team is very excited about this tour and it is the first of many that we have planned for 2014.”

This will be a nice warm up for DMX who’s getting back to performing. He’s scheduled to take the stage at the Free Press Summer Fest with Lauryn Hill, Childish Gambino and Wu-Tang Clan in Houston on May 31 and June 1.
