An Oklahoma man proposed to his girlfriend while being arrested. Justin Harrel had outstanding for obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check. When the officer took him into custody, he explained that he was about to propose to his girlfriend and asked if he could go ahead with the proposal. The officer allowed him to complete the marriage proposal, and his girlfriend eventually said yes.
