George Zimmerman, the wanna-be cop who was found not guilty of second-degree murder after shooting Trayvon Martin dead last year, has been arrested on domestic violence charges in Seminole County, Fla., WESH-Channel 2 reports.

He is reportedly accused of domestic violence by a new girlfriend.

“At approximately 1 p.m. today, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office arrested George Zimmerman after deputies responded to a disturbance call on Topfield Court in Apopka,” the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement obtained by the Bradenton Herald. “Zimmerman will be transported and booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility.”

There are few details about what exactly lead to the arrest, but we will update you when more information is released.
