If Hollywood is looking for a drama-filled script based on a true story, they’ve got one right in their own backyard in actor Terrence Howard.

The actor – who’s starring in the new “Winnie Mandela” film with Jennifer Hudson and the “The Butler” with Oprah Winfrey – threatened suicide with an X-Acto blade and called himself ‘Satan’ during fight with estranged wife.

Michelle (Ghent) Howard, according to the NY Daily News, made the shocking claims in her new filing after a judge granted her a temporary restraining order last month following a nuclear dispute with the actor in Costa Rica in July.

Howard supposedly went loco on Michelle, his then-estranged wife, when a planned reconciliation ended with in a fight over phone numbers for six women found in his bag on April 23.

In her new sworn statement, she said Howard first denied any knowledge of the phone numbers when she confronted him during a trip to Toronto. He then flew into a rage when she called the women on speaker phone and “confirmed” his flirting, she said.

One of the women said she was only 17 years old, the new documents state.

The 44-year-old “Hustle & Flow” actor allegedly erupted, shattered his wife’s computer by tossing it out a window, “grabbed” her arm, caused her to fall and then lifted her off the ground by her sweats and T-shirt so he could throw her back down again, the documents claim.

“He grabbed an X-Acto blade and put it to his wrist as if to cut himself,” her filing states. He then reached for the “belt on his robe and displayed attempts to hang himself.”

The new filing includes lengthy text messages Howard allegedly sent in the subsequent week apologizing for his actions, promising to see a psychiatrist and venting frustration at his wife’s lack of response.

“If this is goodbye, then I hate everything and will now use my gifts to destroy mankind,” an April 27 text attributed to Howard reads. “I will become Satan Himself! You were my last chance to love. I will now Hate in all things and seek my vengeance upon Humanity for all the wrongs ever done to me!! … The Antichrist is Here!”

The new revelations come after Michelle Howard, 36, won a temporary restraining order last month with claims her now ex-husband “sucker punched” and “kicked” her in the head during the July 29 fight in Costa Rica.
