Universal has released an official first trailer for “The Best Man Holiday,” a sequel to the 1999 hit “The Best Man,” which sees Taye Diggs, Nia Long, Morris Chestnut, Harold Perrineau, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Monica Calhoun, Melissa De Sousa and Regina Hall reprise the roles that helped propel their careers 14 years ago.
Writer-director Malcolm D. Lee (“Undercover Brother,” “Roll Bounce,” “Scary Movie 5”) made his debut with “The Best Man” and returns for the Christmas-set follow-up.
When the college friends finally reunite over the holidays, they will discover just how easy it is for long-forgotten rivalries and romances to be ignited.
“The Best Man Holiday” arrives in theaters on Nov. 15.
