Martin Lawrence is selling his extravagant $26.5 million mansion a year after splitting with his wife.
The actor’s Beverly Hills mansion is immaculate and lush. Prior to listing it on the market, the star was renting the spot for $200,000 monthly.

It’s a 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom property, amassing over 15,000 square feet.
The estate was also the site for his wedding to Shamicka Gibbs in 2010; they were a couple for 15 years before their wedding.
The couple split in April 2012 and Lawrence filed for divorce.
Together they have two girls.
Back to the mansion. It’s clad with a grand marble entry, a formal living room, wine and dining room, family room, game room and huge, eat-in kitchen.
It includes a home theater, which also has a concession stand.
In total, the property situated on a gracious 2.2 acres of land that includes an outdoor kitchen, tennis court, motor court and lots of parking for your array of cars.
